Many of our maladaptive behaviors stem from survival tactics we developed in childhood that once served us, but they often require adjustment in our adult lives. I like to practice self-discovery, self-care, and self-development so anything that promotes those. I enjoy spending time with my family and I'm an active cat dad. I really enjoys the outdoors and try to be outside at least 3-4x/week (hiking, camping, nature walks, etc.). I'm active in exercising and sports as well, (yoga, HIIT classes, skiing, volleyball).
