I also take a direct approach, gently confronting unhealthy patterns to help clients understand the roles they have played in their own lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. As a mother of two young children, maintaining a work-life balance is essential. I love going on walks, watching movies, spending time with friends, and volunteering at my children's school whenever I can. Plus, I'm always up for watching a suspenseful, zombie-inspired series.
