Therapy style
I have worked with adults, couples, veterans, and first responders struggling with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and substance abuse.
My approach is to meet you where you are while encouraging you to build and grow into your best self. We are all unique and no two people are the same. Therefore, my therapy is not a one size fits all. Since we require different approaches, I combine my modalities and theories to provide you with the best treatment for your individual needs. I use accelerated resolution therapy (ART) and am trauma certified. I encourage you to be your own advocate while learning to connect the dots along your journey and pave your own path to healing and serenity.
Life can be overwhelming and at times, utterly exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face, to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. If there is one thing that I know, it is that together we can fix this and together we will find your serenity!
