Nice to meet you
I provide short-term counseling 12-16 sessions, assigning homework after each session, and having a structured approach to help my clients have a clear idea of what to expect once we get started! I am drawn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because of its systematic and goal-oriented approach while simultaneously allowing for a warm and collaborative relationship. As a therapist, CBT is appealing because of its evidence-based status and overall treatment success with longer-lasting symptom relief. It is rewarding to watch my clients gain the confidence to use the tools outside of sessions and become their own best therapist.
