Therapy style
I find it so rewarding to work together with someone on exploring, acknowledging, adapting, accepting, reprocessing, and moving through challenges. Therapy is a highly individualized process: It can be about bringing awareness to challenges you're experiencing and giving you the skills and insight you need to change how you interact with them, and it can also be about reprocessing distressing events so as to be able to move past them.
