Interests

I love to hike and be in nature. I have a regular yoga practice and breathing/ meditation practice and a Qigong practice as well. All of this serves to help increase my energy and release and relieve stress in my body and mind. Spending time with family, friends and traveling is also part of what keeps me excited about life.
