Hello! My name is Dr. Jonathan Feinberg, and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in the San Diego area, but I provide therapy throughout California via telehealth. My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), although I am always open to adjusting my approach to the needs of my clients. I enjoy helping people overcome their challenges by providing an empathic presence and helping them develop healthy behaviors, try new things, and view their situation from a new angle. I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable space to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. With my background as a neuropsychologist and a psychotherapist, I have particular expertise in working with clients who struggle with forgetfulness, distractibility, and sleep issues.
