Therapy style
I provide a welcoming and safe therapeutic environment, utilizing an integrative approach to therapy. I meet clients where they are ready and help clients through their healing and growth journey. I utilize personal strengths to cope and build connections and awareness together. I incorporate practical skills into each session as well as mindfulness practices to help clients navigate life's past and present challenges. My goal is for clients to create healthy, intentional, and meaningful lives.
I attended the University of California Los Angeles where I studied Psychology and Education. I later went on to obtain my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. I have years of experience working with adults in both the community mental health setting and in private practice.
