My approach to therapy is integrative and individualized according to one's cultural background. I utilize a variety of interventions to help you navigate life transitions, grief, and distress. Social and cultural factors play a significant role in how we perceive the world and immerse ourselves in our experiences. Together, we will explore life's biological, psychological, and socio-cultural aspects to help facilitate decision-making, increase self-worth, improve interpersonal relationships, and improve quality of life.
