Therapy style
I have over 21 years working in mental health. I am passionate about working with individuals battling anxiety and depression. I also enjoy helping individuals experiencing concerns related to low self-esteem and self-worth, communication and boundaries, life transitions, stress and overwhelm, burnout and compassion fatigue, and healing from different traumas. I emphasize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I like to incorporate mindfulness and meditation skills into my practice. I utilize psychoeducation, teaching skills, and homework assignments to help them use skills in their daily lives.
