Therapy style
I have always been drawn to helping others and have been working in the therapy field for over 20 years. I feel fortunate to be in a position to help people through some of life's most challenging times. It is with humility and compassion that I approach my work with clients as we collaboratively identify what is most important for them to work on. I understand that talking to a therapist can feel intimidating but believe you will find me to be thoughtful, kind, and engaging as we explore a path toward realizing your mental health goals.
