Welcome! I'm a dedicated therapist with a deep passion for guiding individuals to strengthen their relationship with themselves. I help clients confront and reconcile with their inner struggles, unresolved conflicts, and repressed emotions. As a school counselor by day, I have the unique experience of witnessing human development across age spans- which can help you better understand factors that have influenced your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I utilize psychoeducation, skills instruction, and homework assignments to help clients practice using new skills in their day-to-day lives.

Interests
I thoroughly enjoy anything that involves quality time with my family or dear friends. We could be doing something active or I'm always down for a low-key vibe. I enjoy trying new things and tapping into that part of my brain, but also appreciate my tried and true comforts.
