Therapy style
My clinical style is integrative and holistic. Clients have diverse issues, situations, and ways of processing information and experiences. Using more than one approach to all clients is more practical. To optimize treatment, I often blend different therapeutic approaches and lifestyle modifications. I use evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, short-term Psychodynamic approach, Solution-focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse prevention modules for addiction treatment, Social skills training, Relational therapy, and a faith-based approach.
