Therapy style
Every one of us experiences seasons in life when we feel completely overwhelmed by our circumstances and can't just “Shake it off”. My experience is in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. My therapy style is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy and some solution-focused therapy. I am that therapist who gives homework so that you can practice the skills taught outside of sessions. My goal is to provide the best up-to-date strategies to help you learn new coping skills to enhance personal growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

Interests
I enjoy the beach, bicycling, and being on the water whenever possible. Being outside is my happy place! Volunteering is important to me so I enjoy putting time in with the fur babies at the SPCA. Up until recently, I was a disaster mental health responder for the American Red Cross. For quieter moments, I can be found reading a favorite book.
