Therapy style
I work with clients who may be struggling with feelings of shame, depression, anxiety, trauma, and disordered eating behaviors that are affecting their quality of life, relationships, sense of identity, and self-esteem. I work collaboratively with you to determine the changes you want to see in life and address your concerns at a pace that feels the most natural to you. I use a mix of techniques to help address how certain patterns of thoughts and beliefs may be impacting your behaviors and help you to improve acceptance of complex emotions that can often result from trauma(s). I am eclectic in my treatment approach.
