Therapy style

As a Therapist and health coach, I utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patients' lives in spite of grief, trauma, pain, depression, or anxiety. I lead with an open mind — making clients feel safe, seen, and heard while also valuing their unique identity. With 30 years of clinical work experience, I have created a safe and trusting environment. I like getting back to the basics, providing the resources they need to learn to see emotional and physical hardships as teaching tools, not as roadblocks. I can offer assessment, education, and diagnosis and provide various treatment modalities to help patients live their best lives.
