Therapy style
During our sessions, we would explore how your thoughts and past experiences trigger your mood-related symptoms. My therapy style is to meet clients where they are and provide a safe space to be their authentic selves through a culturally meaningful lens. I am passionate about supporting clients from all cultural backgrounds to overcome obstacles preventing them from being the best version of themselves. I believe a strategy for therapy should not be a cookie-cutter approach, therefore, together, we would explore interventions and coping techniques to meet your needs while utilizing your strengths.
