I have been in practice since 2017, helping people resolve issues related to depression, anxiety, phobias, identity issues, substance dependence, geriatric issues, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict issues.
I use an unconditional positive regard therapeutic approach when working with clients as every experience is unique and subjective. I incorporate Therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Techniques, and Psychodynamic Techniques, and I always use a Strengths-based model. Together, we will design a plan uniquely tailored for you. We will embark on a journey to foster empowerment, self-esteem, confidence, and a life-affirming approach.

Outside of my professional job, I practice Bikram Yoga 4 days a week. I am passionate about gardening and have a collection of over 50 house plants and a food garden. In addition, I backpack and hike with friends as I love to be outdoors and move my body. I also very much enjoy spending time cooking for friends and socializing with them several times a week.
