Therapy style
I bring 100% of myself into my work. I am actively present and transparent in session. I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore themselves, feel validated, and attain the healing/growth they seek. My approach is most successful with clients who are struggling with depression and other mood disorders, traumas, suicidality, peer/romantic relationship difficulties, and/or stress management.
Using an eclectic approach which integrates multiple treatment modalities into session, I create treatment plans that are individualized and specific to each client and their specific concerns. Clients can expect me to be direct and open regarding my therapeutic orientation and specific techniques being utilized in session, and I encourage client feedback and collaboration always.
Think of me almost like your personal cheerleader - relentlessly standing by your side until we collaboratively create a treatment plan that works for your individualized concerns and goals.
Simply put, if you put in the needed vulnerability, trust, and engagement in your therapeutic journey, you will absolutely be transformed.
I'm ready to invest in you ... Are you ready to invest in yourself?

Interests
Outside of work, I maintain a very active and social lifestyle. Because of my outgoing nature, I enjoy seeing my friends multiple times a week and enjoy activities such as, taking my dog, Alfie, for walks/hikes, laying out by the pool or being around water in general, playing board games or going to trivia nights, traveling, and etc. In my alone time, I also enjoy making jewelry, reading, sleeping, and all sorts of crafting activities.
