Therapy style
I have a passion for work centered around the healing of others. I recognize the stigma often associated with mental health, especially within communities of color. Through my therapeutic approach, I strive to create a space in which people can gain an understanding of the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. I support clients in acknowledging larger oppressive systems and their impact on our everyday lives. I honor every person's lived experience, celebrate individual (and cultural) differences, and make every effort to identify and examine my own internal biases to support the growth of my clients.

Interests
My interest outside of work include archiving my collection of queer and trans "found" photos. I have been collecting photographs for the past decade, and have acquired thousands of images taken throughout the last one hundred years. I hope to one day have an art show with these images, and I also have aspirations of turning them into a book.
