Therapy style
I've been in the mental health field for over nine years working with a wide range of individuals in different stages of life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Over the years, I have grown to appreciate and value working with clients to improve their quality of life.
My goal is to accompany you in overcoming setbacks, and challenges, and processing stressful or traumatic events to find balance and be able to enjoy life a bit more. I validate, honor, and empathically listen to your experiences while supporting you in finding ways to help manage unwanted symptoms.
Every person is unique and complex and therefore I tend to integrate various therapeutic approaches in order to tailor treatment to your own unique needs. I strive to provide understanding, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I am here to support you as you work through challenges and meet your goals.
