Therapy style
I have been in practice since 2010 in California and comprehensively providing services in both English and Spanish. Types of treatment varies, as approach is client-centered, but include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic (that which helps process the past), Solution-Focused, Strength-based, Humanistic, Mindfulness and naturally always respectful of cultural preferences and individual experiences.
