Therapy style
I believe all people should have the opportunity to reach their full potential, contribute to society, and have a voice. I have worked in a spectrum of services including inpatient/outpatient behavioral health services at St. Joseph Hospital, at-risk youth programs, worker compensation system, and longer-term outpatient treatment settings as well as private practice.
I am a therapist that empowers clients by using an integrative approach, and matching evidence-based treatments that will be individualized to each client's needs.
