Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to become a therapist since I was in the 10th grade. My mother is a therapist, and that is one of the main inspirations for the work. I enjoy engaging with people, understanding their experiences, and offering support.

How do you recharge?

I recharge through journaling. It helps me to refocus on my goals and identify areas where I may need to implement more self care and compassion. I enjoy spending time with my dog, Zen.

Do you have any pets?

I have a 3 year old Pit Bull named Zen. The funniest thing about Zen, is that his personality is the exact opposite of his name. He is very active and vocal!
