My Therapy Style

I am so excited that you are taking the steps to initiate change in your life! It is important to find a therapist who is right for you and can support you on your journey. I am very direct, supportive, strength-based, and goal-oriented, but I am also mindful to support you where you are at.

I believe in the transformative power of change through consistent self-investment. I have extensive experience working with individuals with a variety of therapeutic goals and have seen many of the individuals I've collaborated with achieve the life they worked towards. I look forward to holding space for you to safely explore your experiences.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I have always enjoyed connecting with people, and learning about their experiences, and LOVE seeing people be the best version of themselves. Essentially becoming a mental health professional seemed like the most natural career that utilized my aptitude and interests.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I love to travel and experience new cultures through people, food, and celebrations! I also practice some mixed martial arts, meditation, and love gardening and cooking.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

As much as I hate it, I force myself to exercise and clean daily because it creates a positive impact on my mental and emotional well-being. Outside of that, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

How do you recharge?

To recharge I go to the gym, practice mixed martial arts, meditation, pilates, watch movies, watch shows, spend time with my friends and family, and travel!
