I’ve treated many clients facing depression, anxiety, life stressors, and other emotional challenges. I am passionate about supporting individuals who feel marginalized. I aim to create a safe environment where clients can grow and achieve their goals while feeling supported. I tailor therapy to fit your unique background and life experiences. Together, we will identify your strengths, break free from ineffective thought and behavior patterns, and help you focus on what matters most. Drawing from various evidence-based approaches, I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology and completed my clinical residency at UCLA.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, preferably over delicious food. I enjoy walking along the beach, taking my dog to the park, and exploring new neighborhoods and cities. Sadly, I’m an avid supporter of the Los Angeles Clippers and never miss a chance to watch their games.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I actually have two daily rituals that support my well-being. First, I take my dog for a walk with my wife. It's a simple way to disconnect from the online world and be fully present in the moment. Second, I prioritize getting a good night's sleep. I maintain a steady nighttime routine, which ensures I wake up refreshed, ready to start the day, and organized.

What book have you read more than once?

The Alchemist. This book inspires me with its profound messages of self-discovery and the pursuit of one's dreams. It reminds me of the principles I value in therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, where we explore the importance of identifying and aligning with our values and taking meaningful action despite challenges. Just as the main protagonist in "The Alchemist" learns to listen to his heart and overcome obstacles, these therapeutic approaches emphasize empowering individuals to embrace their true selves and live authentically.

How do you recharge?

I spend a lot of time engaging in meaningful conversations with others, which I genuinely enjoy. However, I also recharge by carving out time for myself. I find comfort in heading to a cozy coffee shop with a good book in hand. Reading articles online also allows me to keep up with the latest news. These moments of quiet reflection help me rejuvenate and maintain a healthy balance between social interaction and personal time.
