As a therapist, I embrace a relational, direct, and compassionate approach, guiding clients on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I engage with clients curiously and honestly, helping them confront challenges and obstacles with clarity and courage. This approach nurtures self-awareness and self-compassion, empowering clients to make conscious choices that enhance their well-being. My goal is to support individuals in building a strong sense of self, fostering resilience, and cultivating healthier, more satisfying connections in all areas of their lives.

I have become a cat lady as an adult…no idea how that happened but I love them and all my pets! I love to explore new restaurants and connect with people and places through local foods/recipes.
This might be such a therapist thing to say but I do really try to find mindful minutes every day to check-in with myself, to breathe, and to connect to things I feel gratitude for. I also always jam out to one of my favorite songs in the car!
The book The Untethered Soul and the documentary Finding Joe are my go to revisits. Every time I engage with these I walk away with a completely different feeling based on where I am at in my life at the time. I love all of the growth and self-reflection they provide.
I love cinema arts and look forward to connecting with family through films, plays, and shows. Water is my happy space for sure and the beach is an instant recharge for me. Give me a good puzzle and I will end up losing myself in it for hours on end.
