My therapy style is centered around creating a safe and nurturing space where you can comfortably explore your inner world. I am committed to supporting you in befriending the parts of yourself that you find challenging to accept. With a deep passion for helping individuals integrate their struggles into a persona of strength and resilience, I strive to empower you on your healing journey.
Throughout my 9 years as a clinical therapist, I have incorporated trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches into my practice. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-based, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and body-based interventions. By drawing from these modalities, I provide a holistic healing approach.
I approach therapy with a lens of attachment and family systems, recognizing that we are influenced by our culture, environment, and experiences. I firmly believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each individual and my role is to offer guidance and support as we uncover your inner resources. Together, we will identify and process the stressors in your life, develop practical coping skills, and foster a sense of empowerment and self-discovery.

Daily movement supports my mental health and emotional well-being. I embrace a variety of activities like joining a fitness class, weight-lifting, yoga session, a stroll around the block, or even throwing a dance party in the comfort of my room. Movement helps me reduce stress, uplift my mood, and maintain a healthy mind-body balance.
I find myself re-reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho when I want to reconnect with myself. It is a beautiful reminder to embrace the unknown, listen to our inner wisdom, and cherish unexpected experiences.
I like to take time to recharge in the great outdoors! On the weekend you can find me hiking local trails, spending time at the beach, and exploring our amazing national parks.
The undisputed stars of my home are two tabby cats named Boris and Natasha. I am a big lover of all animals and hope to one day have space for dogs, cats, and an array of other animals!
