I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who combines solution-focused, processing-oriented, and empathetic approaches. I create a supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make positive changes. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, aimed at supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. I believe that every individual enters this world with inherent worth. However, in life, a person may encounter obstacles or setbacks hindering their desired path. Using my wealth of experience, I strive to offer a safe and supportive space for growth and healing for all.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

Becoming a therapist was an easy decision for me because I am truly passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and cultivate greater well-being. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy in people's lives inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference by providing support, guidance, and empowerment to individuals facing challenges in life. I am deeply committed to fostering healing, resilience, and growth in others, and I find immense fulfillment in being able to contribute to their journey towards greater mental and emotional wellness.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by practicing yoga, pilates, hiking, and biking. I also cherish spending quality time with my loved ones, whether it's enjoying a home-cooked meal together or embarking on adventures outdoors. Traveling and exploring new places are also passions of mine, and I often seek out opportunities to immerse myself in different cultures and experiences. In my community, I enjoy discovering local events, trying new restaurants, and grabbing coffee at a local cafe. Additionally, I have a passion for music and enjoy attending local shows.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Taking just a few moments each day to pause, breathe, and center myself helps me cultivate a sense of calm and presence amidst the fast pace of daily life. This practice allows me to reconnect with myself, manage whichever challenge or stress is coming up and maintain a greater sense of clarity and balance throughout my day. I also strive to spending a portion of my day outside to ground myself and clear my energy in the moment.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by engaging in activities that nourish my mind, and body, that allow me to take cleansing breaths and hit the rest button when needed. This may involve spending time outdoors, talking to good friend or immersing myself in a good book. I also enjoy practicing yoga or exercising to quiet my mind and restore my energy. Spending quality time with loved ones, whether it's having meaningful conversations or simply enjoying each other's company. Ultimately, recharging for me means finding moments of joy, connection, and self-care that replenish my spirit and leave me feeling refreshed and renewed.
