I support individuals who are going through life transitions to manage their anxiety, stress, depression, and void. I will work with you collaboratively to identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We will address the needs of your mind, body, and spirit.

I have always wanted to work with and support people navigating life transitions. I did not know which particular field I wanted to be in. I started with substance use and then moved into mental health because I found a connection.
I love the outdoors, staying in and watching my shows, and learning new tools to better myself.
