My therapeutic approach is Strengths-based and client-centered. I believe in helping you identify your strengths, to be able to build on them so that you may find solutions and take back control of your life. Together we will work on building resilience by restructuring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors based on your treatment goals and the means you would like to use to achieve those goals. I believe in engaging my clients in a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. My experience spans working with multiple public and private health organizations. I specialized in Feedback Informed Care, Mindfulness Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Couples Therapy.
