I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate through various difficult situations and mental health presentations. Clients are assessed, and with them, a unique, meaningful, and strength-based treatment plan is developed. Meeting clients where they are is the number one priority, and through the use of various therapeutic strategies and a healthy and positive therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to identify and work through that which prevents them from living an authentic, rewarding, and fulfilling life.

I have always been fascinated with the functions of the brain and have enjoyed deepening my understand of the same. I am also a fan of people, people are my passion. On a more personal note, my son has special needs and has received mental health services throughout his childhood and young adult life. I appreciate profoundly those clinicians who have positively impacted his life and am thankful for the opportunity to pay it forward to others.
I enjoy hiking, biking, playing with my furkids, learning, and spending time with people: family, friends, and random fellow dog lovers.
I make sure to connect with my family members and friends, who are an important part of my life. My mother will be 94 years old this year, and I love to take her to lunch and just talk. I also enjoy playing with my grandchildren. It's impossible to not have a smile on my face when they are in the same room. Making sure that I eat healthy and get good sleep is also part of my daily routine that keeps me rejuvenated.
I currently have two toy poodles, which I adore with my entire being!
