I help individuals in recognizing patterns they may not be aware of so that they are able to have better insight and control over their emotions and behaviors.
I provide a curious and compassionate presence in your journey of self-exploration and self-understanding. I believe each one of us is capable of making changes in our lives to overcome the obstacles and barriers that prevent us from being our most authentic selves. I use a client-centered approach which begins with unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding. I believe this is important to build rapport and create a foundation of trust. I use a variety of theories and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Relational therapy, and Strengths-Based therapy to support individuals in achieving their goals.
If you are ready to do the work, you’ll be surprised at how therapy can help you figure out the next steps and grow in ways that you didn’t think were possible. I look forward to the opportunity to help you in your journey of self-exploration and internal growth.
