Therapy Style

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression. My commitment is to help provide you the best possible treatment through collaboration and by developing an individualized plan to help meet your unique needs. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a unique treatment that allows us to bypass the “thinking” part of the brain and tap into the “emotional” part of the brain which stores unprocessed trauma and negative experiences that can attribute to anxiety and depression. Flexible times are offered to help accommodate busy schedules. I look forward to speaking with you soon and I am excited to be a part of your therapeutic journey.
