My Therapy Style

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Katy, Texas. I specialize in Wellness-Oriented and Trauma-Informed Care, With An Integrative Approach of Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions (CBT and Mindfulness-based CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Wellness Consulting.

My clinical orientations are CBT and trauma informed care through integrative mental health. Over the past several years, my professional progress focused on helping individuals with depressive symptoms, anxiety related symptoms, poor stress management, life transitions, and more.

I also have a multicultural background and understand different languages. Before making Houston my home in 2018, I traveled and lived across the nation, learning from people of diverse cultures. During my long and storied journey over many years in multiple cities, I've cultivated an ability to relate and empathize with people of many various backgrounds.

I blend my expertise and creativity, to enhance the integration of traditional and modern talk therapy. I view therapy as a great opportunity to gain awareness and application of the tools needed to navigate through life challenges. I believe in providing a safe place filled with compassion, patience, and superb quality of care to attend to the needs of my ideal client.
