Mindfulness, walking barefoot in my yard as a grounding technique, and spending time with my family.

How do you recharge?

My favorite way to recharge is to travel, I love planning a trip and getting out there to see new things. I also love spending time in my garden working on my own small projects in my yard, garage, car, and training in jujitsu.
