I have several years of experience working with adults in outpatient clinic settings and private practice. I help clients learn how to build healthy relationships, work through traumas, and manage life stressors so they can live meaningful lives. I believe in a collaborative client-centered approach by drawing from different therapy modalities to address individual needs. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I challenge clients to move past their comfort zone by identifying strengths and providing a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.
