I have worked in mental health for over 7 years. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients at all levels of care from in-home therapy to residential treatment. In addition to my private practice, I also work as a Program Director and Clinical Supervisor for a community-based organization.
I was drawn to a career in mental health because I too have struggled and therapy played an important role in my healing. I am passionate about helping others process and work through life’s difficulties because I know what a big difference having someone to talk to can make.
My approach combines honesty, empathy, exploration, and laughter (because therapy can be fun too!). I believe that the power of healing begins with the therapeutic relationship. It's important to me that in our work together you feel heard, supported, and safe.

As a teenager, I experienced a significant loss and as a result, sought out therapy as a support. Throughout this experience, I realized I was passionate about helping others work through their challenges and became interested in mental health. I have continued to experience my struggles and therapy has been a consistent support to guide me through these experiences. I hope to be that support for others as well.
Working out is something I do daily to support my overall well-being and help to manage anxiety. I also go on walks with my dog and partner daily. Walking outside helps me stay grounded and provides time for my partner and me to connect about our days.
I love going hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
I have a golden retriever named Cheddar and a cat named Roquefort.
