I have been a clinically licensed social worker for 13 years. I truly enjoy helping people learn tools and techniques to help themselves through difficult situations or times in their lives. I believe people are the experts in their lives. I’m simply here to help them maneuver through the difficult parts. I also understand that talking with a stranger about your personal life situations can be scary and feel strange. I am happy to proceed as slowly as necessary to help you feel comfortable and safe to earn your trust. I look forward to working with you.

I became a mental health professional to help others learn tools to help themselves as needed.
Outside of work, I enjoy bowling, playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
A couple of things I do almost daily that supports my mental and emotional well being are exercising and meditation.
I recharge by taking time off and going out of town, usually to a beach.
