I am a person-centered, relational therapist who is warm. I honor my clients as the experts of their lives and enjoy forming a collaboration with the people I work with. I enjoy elements of psychoanalysis, especially if the outcome is greater acceptance and care for self. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can help rewrite stories that we tell ourselves about ourselves, as well as how we show up in relationships. I have been providing individual therapy services specific to the LGBTQ+ community since December 2020.

It has always seemed inevitable. I love working in this field because of how little it has felt like actual "work" in the suffering sense. Yes, I am tired at the end of the day, but I have a grounding in understanding that this is what I need to do, and I am good at it. People make sense to me, and I love that this work helps me to be soft with people.
I love zines and comics and enjoy attending art book fairs and gallery shows. I also love playing tennis, classic arcade games, and going swimming in various bodies of water. I'm always down for a weird drag show or performance artist. You can also find me walking my dog, reading novels, playing Nintendo Switch, and spending time with friends and community.
I have a dog and a cat. My dog and I were once at the dog beach walking, and he ran towards this child who was walking on the shoreline with a sandwich and jumped through the air, taking the whole sandwich out of the kid's hand and eating it.
