I work out at 4:30 every morning with 1 hour of cardio.

What book have you read more than once?

I wish I had the time to read books more than once!

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. is my favorite organization because we are a large group of college educated women that serves the community and stands on the shoulders of trailblazing women that shocked the world by their innovative acts. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. I am forever challenged to make the world a better place by my acts of service, professional work, and in my everyday life.

How do you recharge?

TIK TOK!!!

Do you have any pets?

I have a spoiled fur baby who you will see from time to time because he loves screen time! His name is Leo Johnson Smith, named by my baby son.
