Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because of my deep passion for helping others navigate their personal challenges and achieve their fullest potential. I have a genuine belief in the power of therapy to transform lives. I am dedicated to helping individuals harness their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build a more hopeful and productive future.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I have a variety of interests that bring me joy and fulfillment. I have a deep love for music, both as a listener and as an aspiring musician. Playing and creating music is a wonderful outlet for my creativity. I also cherish spending time in or around the ocean. The ocean is my sanctuary. Its vastness and beauty are incredibly calming and inspiring.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Each day I focus on gratitude which keeps me centered in those things that are good in my life.

How do you recharge?

To recharge, I love spending time with my family and immersing myself in the calming presence of the ocean. There's something incredibly rejuvenating about the sound of the waves and the feeling of the sea breeze. Being surrounded by family and nature allows me to reconnect with myself and return to my work with renewed energy and focus.

Do you have any pets?

My two Great Danes, Moxie and Girdie, are an integral part of my life and bring immense joy and companionship. Both Moxie and Girdie have their own unique quirks that make them special. Their large size might be intimidating to some, but their loving and loyal hearts are undeniable.
