My approach is warm and down-to-earth. I utilize an evidenced-based integrative approach including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques as some of the means to help my clients reach their mental health goals. I believe everyone has a unique background and path that they are on in life and deserve treatment methods that reflect their individuality. I value client autonomy and collaboration. I hold a safe space to allow you to show up as your authentic self while creating an environment in which you are seen, heard, and valued.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy trying new restaurants, writing poetry, listening to 90's R&B music and reading personal development, spiritual, and psychology books.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I wake myself up with positive messages on my alarm clock and a subtle, relaxing tone for its sound. These are the first things that I see in the morning and sets a great intention for my day.

What book have you read more than once?

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I love how enlightening it is in regards to being present. The teachings are simple but have far-reaching effects.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by being intentional with my self-care practices. I do something for myself daily, even if it is something small as long as it is something intentional. In addition, I enjoy massages, spending quality time with loved ones, reading, meditating, cleaning or simply resting.
