Pain and loss are a part of life and my work gives you a space to share and process your story, make meaning in the face of suffering, and move towards healing and growth. We all get stuck, in overwhelming emotions, unwanted behaviors, and destructive patterns in relationships. I am experienced in using evidence-based modalities that not only target harmful thoughts but also help you implement behaviors that promote self-regulation, healthy coping, and appropriate boundaries. I am honored to hold a nonjudgmental space for whatever comes up as you share your story.
