My approach reflects a compassionate awareness of each person's unique needs and experiences. My primary role is to provide a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and valued and to accept you just as you are right now. I believe in the inherent worth of every human and incorporate an "all are welcome" approach to my therapy practice. I have experience working with immigrants, survivors of childhood trauma, and domestic violence survivors.
With considerate collaboration, I will support you in discovering what brings meaning and healing to your life.

I enjoy connecting with people, hearing their stories, and witnessing their growth.
I enjoy eating foods from all over the world and discovering new independent coffee shops.
Being out in nature is one of my favorite things. I also like the company of my closest friends when in need of a pick-me-up.
I currently have 2 cats, Shy and Luna. I like sharing with people how Luna is highly attuned to my feelings. When she senses that I'm upset, she will immediately come and climb on me.
