My philosophy is that therapy should be a "short-term investment for long-term benefits".
I provide a person-centered and goal-oriented approach when working with clients. Understanding and appreciating that all clients and their situations are unique, I can provide a safe, unbiased, and calm atmosphere. I enjoy working with people who are eager to put in the work to improve their lives and create life-long changes.

I have never felt like I was doing 'enough' until I became a therapist. I wanted the opportunity to meet amazing people and to help them with their struggles to improve their lives. I wanted to make a difference but I wanted to do it with the freedom to work with who I wanted to work with.
I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, traveling and working out. (Obsessed with my Peloton community). When I have extra time I enjoy photography and painting.
Meditation and exercise are things I participate in daily even when I have little time. Moving the body and spending time in meditation are helpful in stabilizing my mental and emotional health.
Boundaries by Dr. Cloud and Dr. Townsend. This book is life changing when it comes to working on boundaries. It explains why and how in an easy, personal way, that everyone can relate to.
Children's Miracle Network is my favorite because I have, through family members, seen how helpful they are to families and children in need.
Naps, prayer, and vacation are all my favorite ways to recharge. Preferably all together!
I have my Jaxi-Bear. He is the most handsome Schnauzer in the world and he follows me everywhere…literally. People think I am ridiculous because he has a bed in 4 rooms in my home so he can be where I am at all times.
