My therapy style is collaborative and supportive. I inform clients when we begin working together that my role is to walk with them as they work toward their treatment goals. This is accomplished by active listening, the use of motivational interviewing, supportive feedback, and challenging clients to seek a deeper understanding of themselves and others around them. While I began my career working with children, I transitioned to adult clients in 2019 and expanded my caseload to include older adults in 2020.

I became a mental health professional due to my passion to help people and provide a non-judgmental listening ear when needed.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to podcasts, watching movies, and finding new recipes to try.
My favorite non-profit is a local company called Hope Vibes. They provide compassionate outreach to unhoused individuals through personal hygiene kits, mobile showers, and laundry services.
My favorite way to recharge is pretty old school in it's simplicity: I am a major fan of taking naps!
