My ultimate hope is for you to finally be able to experience the healing you deserve.

My Therapy Style

It's important you feel safe and comfortable in therapy. As a therapist, my goal is to give you the space you need to process what brings you to therapy. I like to provide structure to ensure you are meeting your treatment goals but also feel it's appropriate to allow you to set the pace when it comes to your healing. Every week we can assess what needs to be addressed and go from there. I have experience working with trauma and high-stress situations, so my ultimate hope is for you to finally be able to experience the healing you deserve.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I loved the subject of psychology during college, which eventually led to me pursuing graduate school to get my master's in counseling. Through every experience, I'm reminded why I love being a mental health professional; the ability to hold space for others while navigating life challenges is an honor and privilege while helping them grow and change into the person they want to be.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by going outside in nature, whether it be walking around the block or going to a local park. I love spending time with friends and trying new places, like restaurants or coffee shops in the area. When I'm seeking alone time, I like to read books or bake.

Do you have any pets?

I currently have a miniature dachshund named, Diesel. My family has always been big dog people, so every year we would give special dog treats for a little birthday party. It's always fun to see the dachshunds sunbathe outside in the grass.
