What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, traveling, staying engaged with social issues, exploring the latest in psychology, and spending time with friends and family.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

One thing I do daily to support my mental and emotional well-being is going to the gym or taking a fitness class. I've learned that engaging in physical activity has a profound impact on my mental and emotional state. It helps me manage stress, boost my mood, and increase my overall sense of well-being. Whether it's lifting weights, taking a walk, or joining a hot yoga class, dedicating time to exercise allows me to clear my mind, release tension, and recharge both mentally and emotionally. It's become an essential part of my daily routine and something I look forward to each day.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

I admire and support because of its mission to empower individuals in underserved communities around the world. Through its platform, Kiva facilitates microloans to entrepreneurs and small businesses in regions where traditional financial resources may be scarce or inaccessible. By providing funding for these ventures, Kiva enables individuals to pursue their dreams and create positive change for themselves and within their communities.

How do you recharge?

Recharging for me is all about soaking up nature's beauty. I love taking leisurely strolls outside, feeling the sun's warmth on my face, and getting lost in the beauty of blooming flowers. Exploring new neighborhoods adds a fun twist to my downtime. It's like a mini adventure every time! Connecting with nature and discovering new places helps me unwind and feel refreshed, and ready to tackle whatever comes my way.
