Couples [The Gottman Method], Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I am passionate about helping clients work through challenges by creating a comfortable environment where they feel safe to explore and process hardships. I believe that it is necessary for there to be respect, sensitivity, and compassion within the therapeutic relationship for treatment to be effective. I use a person-centered approach to treatment and do my best to tailor treatment to meet each client’s needs.

I love animals and being out in nature. I enjoy house plants and like to collect unique and uncommon plants. I have a love for cars and racing as well. I enjoy go-karting and prefer to drive a stick shift. I have also been following the Formula 1 and Formula Drift circuits for years.
I always like to start each morning by sitting down with a cup of coffee and planning my day. Doing so provides me with a sense of feeling grounded and helps me make sure that I am actively taking steps to achieve my bigger goals and look out for my overall well-being.
I enjoy spending time at home with my family. We like to cook, work on puzzles, and go on walks with the dogs. I am also an avid gardener and have a large collection of aroids. Spending some time alone also helps me recharge after a long day!
